  This is the worst dunkin location that I’ve been to. The lady named JAYA P. has an attitude and she never smiles. She gives you a grumpy look and she is verrrrrry RUDE! She works at night so if you wanna get some dunkin at night avoid this location. I hope the management will do something about this.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely atrocious service. First, the guy taking my order didn’t tell me my total or repeat back to my order. Second, they got every single drink size wrong on the order, and made one hot instead of iced. Third, they over charged us, and tried to play it off. Then when corrected still didn’t give the right change back and got an attitude because they did their job wrong. Lastly, we asked for bagels with extra cream cheese, they charge us for the extra cream cheese and didn’t even put enough to cover one side of the bagel, and gave no knife to spread anything. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts.
