  First and foremost, I parked in front of their establishment in the open lot where there aren't any signs stating restrictions on where I can park. I was gathering my money's to pay my dues at the check into cash currency next door when I was rudely interrupted by an African American woman who yelled "Are you going to just stay parked there?". Now, this was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I have ever dealt with coming from an insurance company. Customer service is obviously not important to this employees values. I would like to have the manager contact me to apologize for her ignorant actions. I would like clarification that this was taken care of since I would like to continue going to check into cash to pay my dues. Also this was today 4-26-17. Just from the record.
